Want to find out what fertility awareness is really all about?

Have a go at charting your cycle and see how it will benefit you. Decide for yourself how well this method will suit you and get back in touch if you want to be sure you've understood it all accurately enough to use it as a method of birth control. This course is designed to teach you about how your cycle works and how to chart it. However it is not aimed at women with very irregular cycles, post partum, post HBC or women approaching in peri-menopause. Please order the appropriate package for your special circumstance if this is you. The studies that show fertility awareness as an effective form of contraception are based on the rules being followed strictly and taught by a trained tutor. It's recommended you get some additional tuition to this course if you are expecting the 99.6% efficacy shown in the studies.

'The Humble' Package - £100

If you have the confidence to be mostly self taught, I recommend the humble package which includes my online course along with a 1 to 1 consultation & follow up to ensure you've understood everything. The email course will take you through everything you need to know, guiding you through at least two cycles before you check in with me so we can address any issues. You will go away with specialised feedback and come back for a follow up which should give you more confidence in your charting skills.

Email support will be given for your first 3 cycles.

Repeat consultations if need be will be at discount price of £35 or you can sign up for further email support.

'The Full' Package - £200

Includes 'Get Started Package' & '3 One to One Lessons' & 'Consultation & Follow Up'

If you learn better in a 1 to 1 environment or you want to gain confidence quickly and maximise the learning potential of each cycle with me, this will give you everything you need. All the written course material to study at home, along with a 1 to 1 lesson over Zoom or similar for all three sections of the course. I can guide you through each of your first 3 learning charts and you'll get a consultation and follow up at the end to resolve anything you don't understand and give you a personalised plan going forward. Email support will be given for your first 3 cycles.

Repeat consultations (60 mins) if needed will be at discount price of £35 or you can sign up for further email support.

Postpartum Packages - £ 50 - £ 200

Postpartum Charting - £ 150

Includes 'Chart Your Cycle - Postpartum' 4 part study at home course & 'Consultation & Follow Up' & email support until your cycle returns (upto 1 year)
A course designed to teach you exactly what you need to know for charting while breastfeeding. You'll learn how this affects your fertility and how to chart with no cycle! I'll stay with you until your cycle returns or up to a year over email to help with any difficulties.

Return To Fertility - £ 50 or £ 75

Includes 'Return to Fertility' study at home course & 3 cycles of email support & optional extra consultation
Short course to recap over your menstrual cycle as it's probably been a while since you had one... including how to chart a normal cycle once it has returned. 3 Cycles of email support are included and an additional consultation is available at a discount price if needed.

Consultation and Follow Up - £50

Session 1 - Consultation (1 to 1, 60 mins max)
Chart review (up to 3 cycles), Q&A and personalised feedback for whatever you need help with a plan for going forward.

Session 2 - Follow Up (1 to 1, 45 mins max)
If you've had a go at charting already and ideally, have completed at least one cycle, and would like some extra guidance for either using fertility awareness as natural contraception, or you need assurance that you're reading your charts correctly for any other reason.

Choice of email, phone or Zoom.

Further Email Support - 1 Cycle £10 or 3 Cycles £25

You can ask as much as you want about any given cycle.

Natural She educates women in charting their body's fertility indicators to determine where the fertile window opens and closes as well as get to know themselves better on a biological level. I am qualified to teach NFP / FAM by the NFPTA (Natural Family Planning Teachers Association) UK & my advice is based on personal research and experience as well as the guidelines set out by the NFPTA.
